We are so confident, that if you can show us another site that lists our villas
at a lower rate, we will beat that rate by 5%.
In the unlikely event that you find a cheaper rate available, please call us on 08 9194 2999 and we will honour the rate.
Terms and conditions:
- The rate must be available and bookable online at the time that you contact us.
- The rate must be for immediate confirmation (not an on-request booking - e.g. Stayz or Airbnb).
- The rate must be in Australian Dollars and must include all applicable booking fees and charges.
- The booking must be for the same dates, room type, and number of guests.
- The website and rate must be available to the general public and not be for a membership only special.
- The rate must not be part of a package deal, or opaque special (i.e. where the rate is not known until after the booking is made).
- We are sorry, but if you have already made the booking with the third party then we cannot help with this guarantee.

Some of our villas are two storey villas. Unless a single storey villa is specifically requested, you may be placed in a two storey villa.
All villas are fully self-contained and are professionally cleaned at departure. A full set of clean sheets and towels are provided for your stay and a complimentary weekly linen change is included for stays of 8 days or more. Please note, that villas are not normally cleaned during your stay; however, this can be arranged for an additional charge if required.
All units are strictly non-smoking for the comfort of other guests. Ashtrays are provided for use outside each villa.
The villas are located a short 15 minute drive from the Broome airport. Broome Taxis run a bus service which meets all airplanes arriving at Broome Airport. This service costs $10.00 per person and will drop you at the front of the villas. Alternatively a taxi from the airport costs approximately $15.00 to $20.00.
If required, we can arrange a hire car for you which can be collected from the airport.
Check-in time is 2pm. Please let us know if you are arriving earlier and, while we cannot guarantee an early check-in, we will do our best to ensure that your room is ready as early as possible.
Reception closes at 5.00pm. Please advise us of your arrival time at least 24 hours prior to arrival if you will be arriving after reception is closed, so that we can make arrangements for you to obtain the key to your villa.
Check-out time is strictly 10am. A fee will be charged for villas which are not vacated by 10am, unless prior arrangements have been made.
It may be possible to arrange a late check-out, but as this depends on other bookings, this cannot be guaranteed. Please contact reception on the day prior to departure if you would like to arrange a late checkout. A fee is payable for all late check-outs.
A 30% deposit is required at the time booking is made and full payment of the balance is due three weeks prior to check-in.
Full payment is required at the time the booking is taken, for bookings taken less than 21 days prior to arrival.
Failure to pay the full balance three weeks prior to arrival will result in cancellation of your booking and your deposit may be forfeited and no refund will be made.
YOUR BOOKING IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOUR DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PAID.
A pre-authorisation charge of $500 will be applied to your credit card at check-in, as security on the villa. If you do not have a credit card with sufficient credit, a cash bond of $500 will be required at check-in.
We accept payment by cash and all major credit cards; we also accept payments by direct deposit, cheques and money orders by arrangement. Please note, payments by American Express and Diner's Club will attract a 2.2% surcharge.
While we do accept payment by cheque, all cheques must be received at least 3 weeks prior to arrival to allow time for the cheque to clear.
The following charges will be incurred for any cancellations:
- If cancelled 6 weeks or more before arrival, 5% of the total tariff will be forfeited
- If cancelled 3 to 6 weeks before arrival, 15% of the total tariff will be forfeited
- If cancelled 1 to 3 weeks before arrival, 30% of the total tariff will be forfeited
- If cancelled 0 - 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited
- There is no refund for early departure.
Any amendments to your booking will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking for any affected nights. No charges will be incurred for extending the length of your stay, however while we will try our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to extend your stay.
Cancellation fees will be reduced to 2% of the total paid (to cover bank fees and charges), if your holiday is cancelled or shortened due tropical cyclone activity in Broome, or in your home town (in the Kimberley or Pilbara only). To obtain a refund, you must be able to show:
- that the Bureau of Meteorology is forecasting a tropical cyclone with a likely track affecting Broome or your home town, or the roads in between; or
- that the roads between Broome and your home town have been officially closed due to cyclonic activity; or
- that your flight has been cancelled or delayed by the cyclone.
WE RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER YOU FOR ANY CANCELLATION FEES, LOSS, ACCIDENT, OR INJURY, ETC.
Noise and Party Policy
We regret that due to bad behaviour of past guests, Cable Beachside Villas now actively enforces a No Party and Excessive Noise Policy.
No parties of any kind are tolerated in our villas, or on the villas. Anyone found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in their villa, or exceeding the number of permitted guest's will be evicted without refund.
NO WARNING WILL BE GIVEN!
We do NOT accept bookings from "schoolies" (any group of 16 - 20 year old people without an accompanying responsible adult over 30 years of age).
Any schoolies attempting to check-in will be denied accommodation and will forfeit their deposit.
Closed to Arrivals
Regrettably, we cannot accept arrivals (check-ins) on the following public holidays:
- Christmas Day (December 25)
- Boxing Day (December 26)
- New Years Day (January 1)
